If players do not run away from him when he does so, the player will be dealt 30+ damage and be knocked back. To Rodriguez's credit, the teaser does indeed sell the cool vibe of the final From Dusk Till Dawn, and Pilato, albeit only briefly shown, comes off as one dangerous customer. Pilato, while seeing his biggest success with Captain Rhodes, also appeared in a different bit role in Dawn of the Dead, and would later show up in Tarantino's Pulp Fiction, and in the Wes Craven-produced Wishmaster.
